Fantastic meal, fresh raw fish was very well prepared

Ordered online, showed up 30 minutes later to find out they hadn't even started the order. Why accept online orders if you're just not going to fulfill them? The person handling the issue was beyond rude. There is no chance I'd trust these folks to prepare food. They wasted my time.

This is a wonderful place to eat but hidden in the corner of the plaza. There are a lot of options on the large menu with some good vegetarian and gluten free choices. The food is super fresh and obviously made with high quality ingredients. The resteraunt is super clean and the service is friendly and fast. The chef even came out to make sure we enjoyed our meals. Our drinks neber gor below half full! Excellent prices in a nice atmosphere. They also offer take out. There is plenty of parking.

This is the only sushi place worth going to in peoria! I highly recommend the spider roll!

This is the absolute best sushi you can get in Peoria. I can't speak highly enough about this place. The sushi chef is super nice and friendly. Gave my daughter some weird ice cream we never had before but it was great. This is a true sushi bar experience. Chef makes it right in front of you. I'm only bumed that I can't get delivery from door dash from them to my place.

First time eating here so we tried out a few of their rolls. Would highly recommend their house roll! Also tried two other rolls that had yellowtail and tuna and the quality of fish really showed, both rolls were delicious! We will definitely be back!

The entrees are amazing! Don't let the menu pictures for you! The portions are very generous and the flavor is superb! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great East Asian restaurant.

If I could give this a triple negative, I would. Received a GrubHub offer at 5:34 pm, with pickup time at 6:18 pm. Due to numerous experience eith thos place, I knew there was no need to rush. I make there at 6 pm. Clicked my "Arrived" tab. Waited for 10 mins, and just like I knew; not only was my order not ready; nor was 3 others either. Another 15 mins pass.....it was 6:55 pm when I finally received the customer's order. Absolutely ridiculous! I will not EVER patronize this establishment.

I literally tip 50 percent at this place every time it’s incredible wow. Highly recommend you have hadi the sushi legend make you a maki popo (it’s not on the menu). Just tell hadi to hook you up when you go and he’ll make you question going anywhere else ever again. That is all

Excellent sushi and Chinese food at a perfectly reasonable price. The sushi is prepared fresh not fast by a real sushi chef, Hadi.The Chinese food is more traditional and also made fresh. You can choose a table or a seat at the sushi bar. Great for couples and groups too.This is one of my all time favorite restaurants and a true local gem.

We did an online order through Uber Eats and while it was received in a timely manner, part of our order was missing and then as my daughter was eating hers she found a curly wire in her food. If she would have swallowed that it could have been super dangerous. We will no longer support this business.

This was the very first sushi restaurant I've been to and, in many years after, it is the best I've ever had. Hadi is the chef there and he is one of the friendliest people you could ever meet. I try and go pretty often to stop in and catch up. He's always willing to talk and show you the ingredients or just talk about why he came to Peoria instead of a bigger city. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone interested.

The owner and sushi chef is one of the nicest and most polite people I have had the pleasure of speaking with.While the sushi can sometimes take time, as there is only one chef, the staff do not hesitate to offer free appetizers and drinks in apology if the wait is ever inordinately long.The food tastes wonderful and is always fresh. Easily the highest quality sushi I've had. Each roll is hand made with quality and precision indicative of a high-quality chef.

This place was amazing! It looks small on the outside, but is so much larger when you go inside. We got the crab ragoons. They were so delicious and lightly crunchy. I had the futo roll, and everything inside of it was nice and fresh. Honestly, this is one of my new favorite restaurants to eat at. It was cheap, but everything tasted so fresh.

If you like sushi, you will love Sushi Ko. Hadi and the staff treat you like family at a dinner party. The food is always fresh, the sushi is always good and the menu is varied enough that you can eat here frequently without repeating menu items. Come in and enjoy some wonderful food in a great setting.

Decent sushi. Good prices on maki rolls! Rice on the rolls was a little loose though.

We can't say enough great things about this restaurant! We have only been there twice, but it is already our new favorite sushi place!! The owner is so welcoming and kind that you feel like you're family! The sushi is fresh and delicious! This place is worth every penny!! We will definitely be back :)

Wasn’t sure what to expect before arriving but I am very glad I came here. The staff is super friendly. Got a free order of Edamame the moment we sat down. The Saki tasted great. The rolls are very generous. And the sushi chef is beyond friendly and knows exactly what’s happening in the restaurant at all times. Very professional and you can tell his heart is in it.

Very good, very tasty! Hadi is so nice. Sushi rolls could be rolled tighter. But all still very good.

Food here is always excellent. The only problem I have with this place is there's always only one or two people working running around like crazy so service is always kind of slow

Restaurant was fantastic. I really enjoyed my hot and sour soup and kung pao chicken. This place has a sushi chef on site who does menu sushi and custom orders. Mostly priced by the roll (5 pieces), but also has dinner servings and table platters. Service was good, fast, and friendly.

The man making sushi at the counter is a gem. He was literally the sweetest, happiest person I've ever met and he made some delicious rolls that are very affordable. My husband and I definitely plan on going back for another Sunrise Roll! I will admit the interior design is lacking and some ambient lighting and music is maybe needed to give the place a better atmosphere. But overall, I liked the food and the service enough to look past the negatives.

Sushi was good. I think something's need to be addressed and fixed like the bench seats, some ceiling tiles and the waiting staff. Where the sushi is prepared in the center of the restuarant it looked unclean and very unorganized. The girl waiting on us drug her feat stomping with every step, everywhere she walked. She DID NOT have a "I'm happy to be at work" attitude, and it was very apparent. If you like sushi I would give it a try and establish your own opinion.

I’ve had a great experience here every time I have eaten at this restaurant. The staff is wonderful and attentive, and the food is excellent. The chef puts a lot of effort into the sushi, and he seems to truly enjoy the people at the restaurant.

Hadi is an incredible chef and amazing individual! I personally have never had a bad experience here. I go here quite often for sushi. I highly recommend the Dragon and house rolls as well as the shrimp udon soup! Wonderful environment and amazing staff!

Great little place hidden away in a corner of the Metro Center. They have good sushi, but I'm also a fan of their Chinese dishes. They also serve up got sake, wine, plum wine, and Japanese beers. The staff is great and the owner is friendly and gracious.

Atmosphere is extremely calming and food is excellent!! Price is good as well, 3 rolls, 2 sodas, 2 plum wines and was only $38. Staff is awesome and very very friendly!

The sushi is so fresh, it doesn't need any soy sauce. I just pick up a piece out of the fridge and eat it. Best in Peoria.

Formerly sushi po po. Best and freshest sushi in Peoria. You can order anything from a simple California roll to their specialty deep fried sea spider. The Chinese cuisine is also delicious if you're not into sushi. Exceptional service. It's located in the metro center towards the back and to the left. A must anytime you're hungry for asians' cuisine.

Delicious meal with excellent service. The price was outstanding as well. Definitely a must try. We will be back. I had the house and it was the best!

Service was slow to get our order but food came out quickly. The miso soup and seaweed salad was decent, but everything else I ordered wasn't good. My rolls fell apart and didn't have much flavor. Two others in my party ordered a soup that looked like it was brimming with vegetables in the picture, but came out looking like spaghetti noodles with ground beef and a few frozen carrots and peas in a thick sauce and tasted terrible. All their sushi rolls fell apart and were bland too.

Love the Mexican roll! Very friendly and good service. Never go wrong with any food there. Can host large parties in their side room as well.
